We want you to love your Isla Rae pieces as much as we do! Please read below for details regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

 

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on launches, pop-ups, holidays, or high-volume periods.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:
   •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
   •Tags must still be attached.
   •Items must be returned in original condition.

Once your return is approved and received, store credit is issued via email.

 

Sale Items
The following items are finals calendar and cannot be returned or exchanged
   •Jewelry
   •Sale or discounted items
   •Seasonal markdowns
   •Accessories

 

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
