When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. We’re a small boutique, and every order is packed with care on our end. ✨

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — U.S. orders over $100 ship free automatically at checkout.

What’s your return policy?
We currently accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

Are sale items final sale?
Yes — all sale items, discounted pieces, accessories, and intimate items are final sale.

How do your pieces fit?
Most items fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the description. We always try to include helpful fit notes, sizing details, and styling guidance so you can feel confident ordering online. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’d be more than happy to help!

Will sold out items come back?
Some favorites may restock, but many Isla Rae pieces are intentionally small batch and limited. If you love something, don’t sit on it too long. 🤎
